Matthew Cotterill
I am a 21 year old Personal Trainer from Surrey, England. I have trained clients with various goals, from losing weight, to gaining muscle, however my particular interests are in Strength and Sport Specific Training. I currently work as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the London Olympians American Football Club, as well as training athletes one to one in a variety of sports including, Golf, Cycling, Motor Sport, Rowing and Marathon Running, from novice up to professional standard.
In my spare time i train and compete in Olympic Style Weightlifting and play the odd game of Squash. Outside of the sporting world i enjoy learning about subjects such as, Ancient History, Philosophy and Business. I also take great pleasure in travelling around the world, particularly to countries in Africa.
